not getting enough sleep effects your day greatly. your nect dy starts with the sleep you get the night before. it is important to get atleast 8 hours of sleep to recharge your body and give it rest. the main reason its important to get a good nights sleep because you need to be able to function and be productive the next day at work, school, or driving in a car. a good night rest makes you look and feel better. you are able to obtain more energy productivity and you have a better attitude.
