raw vs cook

compare and contrast foods you eat rawand foods that you eat cooked

food that i usually eat raw are vegetables because i know when they are raw they contain more of thier vitamins and they are essintually healthier also they dont taste bad raw
 foods that i eat cooked are my meats because meat can make you sick if it raw. such as beef chicken and pork. meats carry bacteriawhen they are un cooked
