describe a master plan that would make your community a better place to live
my communtiy would be a better place if there were no gang bangers in the area or anywhere for that matter. i dont see a point in gang banging. they make my neighborhood unsafe for myself and my family. i dont even leave my house unless im going to school. so my master plan is to rid the community of gang bangers by using law i would create a law that makes being a gang banger in a residential area illegall. any gang banger caught in a residential area will be arrested and sent to jail for a minimul year sentence.
